Terms for using Cardword

These are a product baseline, not final legal terms. A legal entity, contact method, governing law, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific review are still required before publication.

Product scope

Cardword is a wallet-native participation record. It can request an explicit readable signature and, when the feature is activated, allow one optional 0.01 BOT Foil boost plus network fee. It is not a custodian, exchange, broker, bank, lender, NFT marketplace, or investment adviser.

User responsibility

Users must review each wallet prompt, confirm the active wallet and network, and understand that public blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Cardword never asks for private keys or recovery phrases.

Points and claims

Cardword Points are non-transferable participation records with no cash value. They cannot be sold, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed. No token, airdrop, allocation, value, or return is promised.

Technology risk

Wallets, RPC providers, smart contracts, browsers, and public infrastructure can fail. Until an exact public independent audit report is published, the Cardword contract is not represented as independently audited.
